Orders can be placed through our online shop (www.simonemarcel.com) or by email (email@example.com).
When placing an order online, add to your cart the desired item(s) and follow the check-out process. You can add any relevant additional notes in the comments section during check out. If you have any doubts/questions, you can contact us using the message box or the WhatsApp icon. Once you have placed your order, you should receive a confirmation email, summarizing your order and contact/delivery details. Please make sure these details are corrects. If you would like to modify your order and/or your personal information, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has been shipped, we will not be able to make any modifications.
If you would like to place an order directly by email, write us at email@example.com stating the desired item(s) and your personal information. Once we have received your email, we will send you a quotation within 1-2 business days. Online orders can only be paid by bank transfer. You have 5 business days to complete the transfer, otherwise the order will be considered cancelled.
We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. Fabrication takes between 4 and 21 days, the delivery lead time variates depending on the model. Once the order is ready to ship, we will send you an email to confirm and provide tracking information. We will contact you in case the lead time exceeds 10 days.
The cost of shipping is calculated based on your shipping country (when selected at checkout)

For deliveries to any country not listed above, please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Please check the packaging of your item(s) upon delivery for external damages before signing the proof of delivery. In case you detect any damage such as dirt, moisture or cuts, ask the driver to log an initial complaint about the issue. If the item has been damaged during transport, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the order and read the “Damaged Goods” section below.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase. If you like to return your purchase, the item(s) must be in as new condition, meaning unused, undamaged and packed in its original packaging. To return your purchase, please contact us (email@example.com) and tell us your order number and that you would like to return your purchase, we will send you return instructions. You can either collect it from you (in this case, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount) or you can arrange your prefered shiping method.
We are not responsible for any damages during the return shipment, so please make sure that the merchandise is carefully wrapped and packed. We recommend you to take pictures of the returned item before packing and once packed inside the original box. Damaged goods will not be refunded.
In the unfortunate event of receiving damaged goods, please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 5 business days (from date shown on the delivery note) providing the Order number and a description of the damaged items.
You will also need to provide picture(s) of the item(s) damaged, picture(s) of the shipping label(s) referring to the damaged box and picture(s) of the external packaging(s) (the full box must fit in the picture). We might ask you to provide more pictures in order to open your claim.
Any imcomplete claim will not be accepted.
